Local businesses where VLT operations will comprise a secondary revenue source from other services currently being conducted. Site qualifications are determined by local requirements.

Examples Include:
•Bars/Taverns, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Convenience Stores, Gas Stations, Drug Stores, Small Hotels, Seaports, Airports.
•Typical site sizes for the Route for example can vary from 3 to 25 machines.
•Exception to size would be areas such as Seaports, Airports & Small Hotels.
•Certain markets may require venues to be opened with local operators where the primary revenue source will be from VLTs.
