About CAGE
The CAGE Companies (An RLJ Companies Majority Owned Company) are gaming companies focused primarily on the installation, operation and management of gaming machines, video lottery and video gaming terminals, linked gaming systems and game content including Sports Betting, Virtual Sports games and Mobile gaming on Puerto Rico and throughout the Caribbean and Latin America.
The CAGE Companies were co-founded by Robert L. Johnson and Robert B. Washington in 2004 for the purpose of bringing superior Video Lottery and Video Gaming Terminals, Gaming Machines, Central Computer Systems and exciting, new downloadable game content, Sports Betting, Virtual Sports games and Mobile gaming content to Puerto Rico and targeted Latin America and Caribbean countries with the goal of enhancing local economies and creating entrepreneurial and employment opportunities for local and community-based businesses.
The CAGE Companies are headquartered in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands and in Cyprus with offices and operations in Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Guyana, the Dominican Republic, St. Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Sint Maarten and Puerto Rico.

The CAGE Companies have existing contracts, licenses and management agreements to import, deploy, manage and operate up to 6,000 gaming machines, video lottery or video gaming terminals in the countries/jurisdictions of Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Guyana, St Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia and Sint Maarten.
The CAGE Companies have existing hardware and system contracts with: a) Light & Wonder (formerly Scientific Games), b) NOVOMATIC, the largest supplier of gaming machines and terminals to the route system in the world, c) Vnet (an affiliate of NOVOMATIC), on an exclusive basis, to supply its SAS system with its online wallet, cross-pay, business intelligence and marketing and promotions modules and our jointly designed multi-currency, multi- jurisdiction progressive mystery jackpot games around the Caribbean, and d) Gameradar, a large Chinese supplier of content and multi-screen gaming machines.

In addition to its gaming machine, video lottery and video gaming operations, the CAGE Companies through its wholly owned subsidiary, CAGE SPORTS, has partnered with FanDuel (FanDuel is owned and operated by Flutters Entertainment, based in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and, is the largest sports betting company in the world) to offer Sports Betting on Puerto Rico under the FanDuel brand and “CAGE Sports Powered by FanDuel” in other Caribbean countries including Bermuda, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Guyana, Saint Lucia, St Kitts and Nevis and Sint Maarten.

During the third quarter 2022, CAGE SPORTS will offer Virtual Sports games in partnership with Inspired Entertainment of the United Kingdom and Mobile gaming content through various business entities including brick and mortar retail venues (utilizing point of sale terminals), hotels and sports lounges (utilizing Self Service Betting Terminals) and via digital apps, on both iPhone and android devices as well as via URLs on iPads and computers.
